If you had chance to audition it again, you can try to swap cable or use R2R as source to tame the crisp. Burn-in may help a little. If you like the sound as-is, could use Mojo 2, which is one of my favourite pairing with Viking Damascus.

Unfortunately, i haven't heard other Elysian IEMs. @Rin1990 already elaborate it better than me. I agree with his assesment. Hope you get the idea about how Gaea sound.
