I wouldn't worry about it too much. Your ear canal isn't that deep. They would never get so far as to be unreachable with a pair of tweesers. I managed to mash one in my ear to the point that I could feel it against my ear drum and got it out with tweesers and no ear drum damage.

did you install all of the updated drivers for your pc first? Also in recovery mode there is an option of re installing the current firmware so you can reactivate your non working one i believe. I would use epoxy resin if i were you. Super glue will work for a while but become very brittle with age. Epoxy has a much longer life. Polyester resin for repairing car parts would work great as well. Bondo is one of its brand names.
