Would the 700s pair well with a Pixel 3xl? If no should I go for the QC35 or the Sony?

As the title says, anyone else here who suffers from this type of dermatitis? This kills the enjoyment I get from IEMs and earbuds. My ear canals get swollen and itchy whenever in contact with the said gear for prolonged periods of time. Are headphones the only answer?
