If you still love Etymotic ER4, this is the thread for you...
Thanks. I think I will have to contact the seller to have them build a custom cable for ER4B with the correct circuitry. I picked up an ER4S red and blue model from ebay, but that's just the standard 100ohm cable.- Jomo123

Thanks I'll look into that. Most of the cables I see though, are being sold as an interchangeable cable for all three models, and I'm sure that defeats the purpose. They don't seem to have an inline resistor either- Jomo123

HibyMusic Android and iOS Music Player - Bit-perfect USB Output; Network and Dropbox Streaming
Hello, I'm new to this thread. I'm using Hiby music player for my pixel 8 Pro connected to Cayin RU6 but whenever I play through USB exclusive mode, I get intermittent pauses and stutters in the sound. Is there any workaround to this other than using an older version of the Hiby app?- Jomo123

Cayin RU6: R-2R USB Dongle DAC with Head-Amp
Update: still haven't used the 4SR since I got the 2SE , but the 2SE with the Cayin RU6 sounds really good. The timbre has improved some, note decay is a little longer and they're a little more dynamic and enjoyable compared to the apple dongle. Sound is also more enveloping and less of a "2D...- Jomo123

If you still love Etymotic ER4, this is the thread for you...
Hello, need some opinions. Has anyone here owned UE reference remastered or been able to compare with ER4SR? Looking at the UERR as a possible upgrade to the Etys. Basically looking for a "technically" superior version of the ER4SR, If that's possible haha. Suggestions outside of the UE are...- Jomo123

Focal Bathys Hi-Fi Bluetooth & ANC Headphones: Early Impressions
Hi, New Bathys owner here. I've had them for about 3 weeks and I'm loving them more and more. I generally use iems from Jerry Harvey so this is my first over-ear that has got me really interested in going over ear vs in ear. I just found NOMAX's setting in the first pages and it's like...- Jomo123

JH Audio Angie Impressions and Discussion Thread
Just got some acoustune Aet07 tips for my Angies and these are definitely the best tips I've used so far... noticeable more micro detail and air. Been listening to my bob Marley albums all over again 😁. Does any one have suggestions for a more modern DAP than the Cayin N5ii I'm currently using...- Jomo123

I was thinking the same thing that storing my Havi B3 with other plastics or rubbers could have been a factor. I'm also very interested in having my new pair recabled when they arrive, but I have no experience in soldering and I'm afraid they might get damaged. I wouldn't mind shipping them to...- Jomo123
