Recently got the Hiby r3. When using as a Bluetooth receiver it works fine for say 10mins then the audio stops and the r3 is not responsive until long press power button reboots it. Have anyone faced similar issue any time?

Read that M0 uses the ESS DAC even for Bluetooth data, but not sure about it. Unfortunately ES100 is not available in my country, only the BTR3 and M0 are my options. But if the SQ is a big difference will try importing from Amazon

My new es3 has got very deep and visible scratches on the shell, Do earsonics provide re-shelling option? Don't want to spend more than 100$ for them

Thanks for your views Brooko. I am good with the es3s highs and mids. Sub bass is too much to handle actually. So a little subdued sub bass and maybe a better mid bass with similar or more neutral signature will be great. Budget would be around $500.

I own the earsonics es3 and have a good deal for the se535s Ltd edition. Will the shure compliment the es3?

I don't prefer excessively bright sound or as some say harsh, but the FR of the es3 had good upper midrange and decent roll off. Had a listen to them and the cymbals were good sounding for me and had great extension as you said. Though sub bass was a bit more adding some warmth, was not an issue...

Thanks for your detailed views on both the isine and es3. I want an iem for my outdoor use during commute so the isine is bad as per your suggestion. Will go with the es3 for the advantage of closed sound.
