You may not really need to add additional solder. Just heating up the joint to melt the existing solder may be enough. If you have or can borrow a soldering iron it is should be verry simple.

You need one dual (two opAmps in one package) - V5i D Looks like you have ordered two single opAmps. They won't work. Check the opAmps if they have "D" on top
