Weird. I've had no issues ordering from there in the past. I'll go add some to my cart on there and see what it says. EDIT: It shows I can buy them and get them shipped here, but it costs an extra $15.70 to ship them. I'll wait and see if they eventually migrate over to US Amazon like the Azla...- OldDude04

They look interesting for sure. You can get them from Amazon.co.jp as well, I've bought items from there a few times without any issues.- OldDude04

FATfreq Impressions Thread - Bass Cannons and More
Thanks, I'm really loving it. When I ordered any of my cables from Hart that wasn't an option I saw. I'm not sure what cabling is used, but I've owned several Hart Audio cables and all of them have sounded great to me. James, the owner is a really good dude and I'm sure if you sent him an email...- OldDude04

I got the new custom 2 pin 4.4mm cable for my Scarlet Minis in from Hart Audio Cables. It's beautiful! The colors are Scarlet and Cannibal, lol. Bad name but a great color combo for the Scarlets. Now I have to do some listening and see if there are any noticable changes from the stock cable and...- OldDude04

It does look awesome, but the 600mW max output kills it for me. The FatFreq Scarlets just take too much juice. They're thirsty little sumbiches lol.- OldDude04

The cable in that pic is THIS 4.4mm/2 pin one from NICEHCK. It's a temp cable I'm using until a custom one I ordered from Hart Audio arrives this coming week. I'm not the hugest fan of the red upgrade cable that came with my Scarlets. It sounds great, but it's kind of on the stiff side and takes...- OldDude04

You should be fine. I'm using the FiiO M11 to run my Scarlets, has plenty of power IMO. Plus they sound great on the FiiO.- OldDude04

Man, that sucks. You could test it by switching ears and seeing if you hear the same drop in volume in the opposite ear. Or you can take a day or two off from that particular IEM and then give it a listen again. That way you can get a fresh take on it. Good luck.- OldDude04

I edited my previous post with the diagonal measurement. But the Tres cups and M1060C cups aren't interchangable unfortunately.- OldDude04

The Audio Lounge
Did you measure diagonally? I measured from 1 hole to the adjacent hole. The M1060C cups are at 2 11/16" or 68.26mm for that distance. Edit: The diagonal measurement for the M1060C cups is 3 3/4" or 95.25mm. So, they wouldn't fit on your Tres at 3 7/16" unfortunately.- OldDude04

4 inches wide is similar to the M1060C cup, but what I would need to see if the M1060C cup would work is the distance between the center of the screws. You could flip over your closed back cups for your Tres and measure from the center of the screw hole to the center of the next screw hole. Then...- OldDude04

Wouldn't it be wild if the Zebrawood cups from the M1060C would fit the Tres? If you can, can you measure the distance between the mounting holes on your closed back Tres cups? I'll compare those measurements to my M1060C cups.- OldDude04

I'm a big fan of the look and acoustic properties of Zebrawood, very good for clean bass. I was surprised to find out the M1060C's ear cups were made from it, and they just covered it up with a crazy dark stain. That's why I sanded mine down, so I could see that beautiful grain. I do wish I...- OldDude04

I'm definitely more likely to end up with a Sash product than another Verum. But I do appreciate the creativity used in the design of the Verum 2. It won't be hard to tell from any other headphone that's for sure.- OldDude04

The 2ft x 4ft x 1in version of THESE cellulose acoustic tiles are only 2lbs (2in thick panels are 4lbs). Cover it with some material and use a thin board as a backing and you'll have a nice break from the heat and sound.- OldDude04
