Thank you! well, the stock cable had stereo connectors too. The cable works but I am just curious if the 3.5 connectors should be mono or stereo when terminated to balanced :)

Question: does dx90 line out completely bypass the internal amp of the device? I just noticed when using my ipod(rockboxed) through lineout, the ipod's volume control is completely ignored and the amp's volume control is only used, but on my dx90, when I use the lineout the device can still...
