MPC-BE is the one to use if you care about audio. VLC or MPC-HC do not have exclusive mode, so no bit perfect. Aditionally MPC-BE is much better than VLC even not counting exclusive mode. And yes, MPC-BE, like VLC, allows to define audio delay both in config and real time using keyboard.
