Rockbox Xduoo X3
It had been a while since the last time i used the rockboxed Xduoo X3 and after i unplugged it, it stayed stuck at the Rockbox boot screen. Anyway to reset it? Should i use the reset button with the rockbox firmware? Edit: The reset button worked just fine :)- vadergr

Lake People PHONE-AMP G100 FE
Looks like Lake People has another "special" release after G109A. http://lake-people.de/produktdetails/G100_FE-e.html A re-release of an older model. Specs look great though... I wonder how it compares/performs to similar priced G109S/G109A and Violectric V90. STEREO...- vadergr

XDuoo X3 DSD 24Bit / 192KHz CS4398 Chip Lossless Music Player
Great solution that initially seemed to work. But when it got to 99-100% (took exactly two hours to format ) I got an invalid cluster size (or allocation number, don't remember) and the sd card was unavailable (not formatted at all). Maybe it wants a different size than A:4096 ? Thanks in advance.- vadergr

XDuoo X3 DSD 24Bit / 192KHz CS4398 Chip Lossless Music Player
I bought the Xduoo X3 last week. To be honest i didn't expect any fw support for the price (less than 100$ on ebay) . The specs are awesome for the price (same dac as fiio x3 , good sound quality , great built and 2x microsd slots). The fact that it mainly sells on ebay and massdrop , means that...- vadergr

XDuoo X3 DSD 24Bit / 192KHz CS4398 Chip Lossless Music Player
First impressions are quite good ! Especially when paired with Fiio E12 , the result is dynamic and very clean. Only issue though is the hiss i got when i plugged my sensitive iem sennheiser cx300ii to the headphone out. It was clearly audible in low volume. I dodn;t recall having hiss when...- vadergr

Just got my X3 and charging it ! Planning for starters ti use the stock fw. Some quick questions: 1)Should i format the (128gb) card through X3's menu ? (is there such an option?) 2)After that , i should fill the sd by connecting the X3 to the pc or (better for me) to eject the sd and...- vadergr

Hello all. I am trying to figure out which dap to get. Is X1's SQ better than a normal smartphone ? (Note 4 / Nexus 6p / Samsung S7 / Iphone 6s ) ? It will be paired with Fiio E12 . I don't want to spend extra money if i don't have to (X3ii , Shanling m2 , Aune M2 ). If the quality is...- vadergr
