It may be too premature to call but I suspect that the 105mW of class A will drive most iems the same, if not better as something with 2-3 times more power with class AB.

I've been running my Sony Z1R headphones from a Mojo and attended SoCal CanJam looking for different amp/dac ideas. I bought the Be that weekend and have been exclusively listening to them for the past two weeks. Not sure if it's new toy syndrome but as much as I love My Z1R's, I have not once...

Will the ambience do well with IEMs?

I stopped by the pioneer/onkyo booth and asked about this. The rep had a granbeat in his bag and allowed me to listen from it for a while. Unfortunately he claims to have gotten a weak/slow signal when he installed his sim card in it so he's only able to use it as a phone when abroad.

I actually said that it destroys everything in its price point and it does so without being apologetic about it. The Noble Sage doubles the Be price but there is no way that it performs better, I tried other stuff as well but the fact that I can't remember what they were called or who made them...

I tried a bunch of things today at CanJam SoCal and purchasing a set of the Be was a no brainer. It destroys everything in its price point and performs better than many IEMs that cost twice as much. Kudos to everyone at PA, I can't wait to see what you come out with next.

There's a lot of talk about the awesome bass the Vegas have but does it ever become too much? For instance, I listen to a lot of EDM, should I worry about my ears feeling like mashed potatoes after a while?

I said that because the review stated that the Fourte was good but became a different beast when hooked up to his 13-14k rig.

I'm intrigued by the Fourte and considering the major price difference, it was interesting to read that the Vega gave the fourte a good fight. I don't have $14k worth of equipment to make the fourte shine and wonder if I'd be wasting my money on them if all I ever used was a mojo.

I asked CA about this and was told that it wasn't happening. Their copper 22 and SXC 24 may be discontinued soon but that their litz cable will always be the stock cable for their IEMs
