Turns out I apparently cannot stream audio through my workplace computer, though I can stream Spotify Premium to my iPhone 6 via their WiFi.  Go figure.

I work in a large open room with others and am looking for something to get rid of the background noise. Quite a while ago I spent a lot of time with a decent stereo (Infinity Kappa's driven by Adcom power amp), so I can appreciate good sound, but compared to the crap headphones and computer...

I'm making my first excursion into good headphones...working in an open design room with 60+ other employees banging away on keyboards, need to drown it out.
