Compared to fiio f9 pro, how are dm6? An upgrade or sidegrade? I have fiio f9 pro and I like the sound signature of them but sometimes treble peaks make me uncomfortable. Are dm6 better than those?- tarunalpha

Android phones and USB DACs
hi, i have ordered ultrasone Naos for my oneplus 3 and galaxy tab s2. i will pair it with f9 pros iems and ATH pro500mkII. just wanted to know that how much will be a sonic upgrade? and is this setup comparable to cheap daps like cayin N3 or hiby R3? Thanks.- tarunalpha

as far as I know you need to have phones or iems with balanced cable as well to fully utilize the 2.5mm balanced out. i dont think converter will do the justice.- tarunalpha

@Yubacore You are right man. Just recently bought them to replace my ATH CKX9. As my CKX9 were having some channel imbalance issues. But CKX9 sounds much better and clear then momentums is ear. Soundstage in CKX9 is enormous. Just love it. Also they cost half the price...- tarunalpha

Thanks for the reply. But i have heard that m40x lack in bass response than the m50x. I mean i'm no bass head and hate the sound signature stock htc one earphones and beats(to much base) but still i prefer little bit( somewhat like im50).
