I have overlaid few ER4Ss for you to check this out. As you can see, all ER4S's measurements are a bit different from each other. Also, you can check the bass roll-off in second picture; they are almost the same in few samples.

That graph is different from the data that we used to see, because that's not a raw(uncompensated) result. He compensated the raw data with diffuse-field compensation curve.

I'm using the Objective2 amplifier which has 0.4 ohm output impedance.

I found that adding a 50~100 ohms resistor to Solar makes better tonal balance.

The foam that you've mentioned is sponge. (Timbre Correction Filter)

Removing the filter certainly brings out the treble, but it's too peaky IMO.
