Audeze EL-8 Titanium?
I just got a set of these recently. They sound good, a bit heavy but I think they will meet my current needs. I'm wanting to get a case for them, something small so I can transport them with me in a bag. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks- Shell of Light

Rank the Headphones that You Own.
Ya I know, I've read much of the Grado forum. Granted I had the GH1 with stock pads only, not the upgraded L cushions (or whichever people seem to like better). Also I do believe had I had an amp to drive these phones the list would most likely look different.- Shell of Light

Rank the Headphones that You Own.
OK I'm relatively new to the world of hifi headphones. I'm going to rank everything I've heard thus far. Granted I think this is going to be skewed as I don't have a proper amp to drive anything properly. 1. Mcintosh MHP 1000 2. Grado RS2e 3. Fostex TH900 4. Hifiman edition s 5. ...- Shell of Light

Fostex TH900 mods
Hey Afghan Vet, after getting some more time with your modded TH900s how much do you feel they have improved? Is it worth modding them and losing out on the warranty?- Shell of Light

Fostex TH900 Impressions & Discussion Thread
Just purchased a pair of TH900s. Listened to them for a couple hours last night. Definitely an improvement over the GH1s I had before (especially for the types of music I normally listen to). I'm definitely noticing the recessed mids, and slightly bloated bass. Haven't experienced any...- Shell of Light

Theft of Orpheus at IFA 2015
When you have lots of expensive gear sitting in a trailer it should at least be considered. Not to do so is pretty foolish IMO. Disappointing or not, it's the reality of the world. This is not anything new.- Shell of Light

Whenever you have high dollar goods there is a potential for theft. With the growing demand and ever-increasing pricing of headphones I'm sure the trend will continue.- Shell of Light

MrSpeakers Ether Impressions Thread
I was looking at the Ether specs today. On the site it says that the Ethers are 5 lbs. Is that true? That seems like an awful lot of weight to put on your head. Are these headphones extremely heavy?- Shell of Light

Grado Fan Club!
So after much consideration I decided to return my GH1s back to headphone.com. They were very nice about taking them back. I decided not to do an exchange in case my next pair of GH1s also had flawed woodwork. It's costing me too much in shipping and restock fees. So today I leave the Grado...- Shell of Light
