Can you describe both sound signature and what is the difference between both ? Also is it really worth to spend that extra for 99 classics ?

Honor View 10 having Android pie 9.0. no Ldac is not there in View 10. Funnily enough M0 pairs with LG G6 running Android Oreo 8.0 via Ldac ,Aptx, Aac and sbc

I gotta doubt. I have Honor View 10 whuch has aptx codec but when trying to pair with Shanling M0 it pairs only with AAC or SBC. M0 is on 2.5 firmware and also done a factory reset. Still it can't connect through Aptx. But the phone can connect with Sony WH-1000XM2 via Aptx and Aptx-hd.

I think lg G or V series sound signature suits you more. Or Shanling M0 connected to any phone via Bluetooth. Am moving away or dropping the concept of taking phone for audio purposes because music phones now sucks at other things like OS or updates and good all rounder phones sucks at music.

Guess the good audio mobile phones and good overall other areas of phone don't go together now. Lg G8 is a bad decision with that notch and the least update. Vivo is still there. I guess i have to go with buy a regular phone like OnePlus or Honor or Asus (Zenfone 6) and pair it with Shanling M0

Well to start with i have Ve Odessey. It's pretty powerful and claims to power earphones upto 150ohms impedance. Regarding audio quality it's not upto LG audiophile series for sure. But it's definitely better than regular mobile phone headphonejacks. Con is Ve Odessey has static noise issue...

Seems like have to rely on usb c to 3.5mm dac/amp cable like VE ODESSEY, HIDIZS SONATA HD2 for portable use. Atleast low impedance iems can be used for them.

How's the Nex S catching up in software updates ? Indisplay fingerprint scanner and camera improved ?

Only problem am seeing is the irritating static noise or hissing sound noise due to mobile network interference

Mic works for me. Using Honor view 10 having Kirin 970 chipset. Mic of earphone works via Odessey for calling and also for PUBG team communication.

Exactly. I do have the same. But when i switch off network by Turning ON airplane mode the noise goes off

Does anybody know how to reduce static noise or radio-frequency interference noise caused by mobile signal in VE Odessey ? The noise stops if i put phone in airplane mode. Phone is Honor View 10. And heard that not all phones have this issue .
