I think the SC is made of Alumiloy® Proprietary Conductor. It is a combination of different metals and only used by ABYSS, correct me if I am wrong.

Are you referring to the aluminum foam? I was thinking of microfibre cloth but no, it will leave fibres behind in between the aluminum foam. So I suggest the cloth that comes with eye glasses! It is soft and extremely dense at the same time, so no fibres to escape in between aluminum foam.

The LCD4 is the ultimate all-rounder headphones. It never feels fatiguing and it always sounds right with all music genres. The bass oh.... the bass  

The stock is copper core and silver coated. Cardas is all copper.    I am glad to know that pure silver did not negatively impact the bass. Any brightness issues? 

I have the Cardas Clear cable for the Utopia headphones. I might sell the cable but wanted to ask if any of you have tried the LCD4 with all copper cable? If any good, I might re-terminate the cable to be used with the LCD4. Thoughts? 

I did not drive the Utopia using a tube amp yet, but I think that tubes amps are the best match for the Utopia.
