Haven't tried another 64 audio iem, but from what ive understood, U12t is more flat and analytical. Most people trying U4s were pleased by its capabilities compared to U12t.

I have the same issue with U4s fitting. Ive tried a few eartips on M size (including cp145 and W1) and after pushing them had and wiggling them right and left i manage to get an ok-ish seal. However, after some time, when ears become warmer and more oily, they start to feel very loose on my left...

So a little update to my bros that tried to help out. Just came back from the doctor which told me that the audiogram is super fine and as I can see there is a little declination of 5db in my left ear which is nothing special. I guess I needed that check to come out well really much. Last thing...

So I visited a doctor which found out I had almost no wax in my ears, which kind of disappointed me since now I'm having an audiogram the next Thursday. If it's not hearing loss (which probably is) I will consider turning back the headphones for a check.
