My way was the same :)

With BD DT 990 Pro/250 (even with its "coloured" sound) I don't think so and stay on the 2.1.5 L2 in moment.

But.. with some times listening of the new 2.2.0 L0 my choice is 2.1.5 L2. Its sound is mine indeed. And as I think - sound of 2.1.5 L2 is more real (neutral) than in the new FWs (also modded by Lurker).  Anyway many thanks to iBasso!

I wrote about the deeper sound (for me) with the 2.1.8 and turned back to 2.1.5 L2 (many thanks to Lurker again!). But it depends with the headphones, I have a little horror :) with my DT 990/250 even with the 2.1.5 FW. But (as I saw) my DX90 was modded and its sound isn't stockable. 

I'm very happy with (my player was modded previously as I wrote) the 215-235 at the HG and with the DT 990/250. Just try to find yours.

May be it is USB (or computer generally) problem, but with 2.1.5 L2 I never had this bug.

Are you listen music from card or from main memory? Try to use player's main memory, I think this bug is concerning with the card.

Does nobody paid attention to this? The aluminum back cover with one hand is scratched (I mean the sharp corner of the cover to the main body and with one side only, it's ok on the another side).

But as I know the audiophile is a very strange person with his own of mind :) and (without really beautiful girls in Greece) I (temporary) turn out myself about the Pono with phrase "the need for sufficient". It's just my phrase :)

I'll try to answer in the context of. But with the binaural sound with DT990 in my ears :). Binaural - it's just an experiment for me but isn't my sound as I see. Very nice to listen a channels differences and that's all for me. But my mind is still out while listening :))), looks like a test...

I would ask you about Pono. As I see the DX90's "sq" wasn't yours - please tell why? It is more analitically then real sound? Or another? I didn't listened Pono and even have some troubles to find it in my country (may be I am a poor finder :) but thinking about the placebo effect according the...

And are you use the screen protector with player? I think yes but the situations are various :) Just about case - respect to you because we are owners of our things but not vs.

Not for discussion but - just try to listen 2.1.5 L2 an example, its sound is still another than the stockable. Spends of time to changing FW is about 5 mins and chances to brick device are about zero.

Please don't LOL :) - I pasted all of three stockable films and moved to trash then. Pasted - moved, and three times :), films are not for me as I see. Just an induvidual choice course.

Why not? I regularly receive the parcels from US and EU without any problems. There are some problems with DHL parcels in Russia as I know (customs clearance etc.) and that's all.
