    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

@WhatToChoose I'm glad to see you eventually liked them, I think you pretty much have the same final impressions as I had.   Guys, I would like to make sure you understand - BURNING THESE IN IS A MUST if you wanna get a better bass response and let go of the hollow-tinny sound sig.   Good...

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

Yeah, the reason I gave em' 7/10 for the fit is only because it took a pretty long time to get a great fit, but one it's there, it's wonderful!   Share your thoughts once you get yours :)

    M6 PRO Impressions

Ok, guys, I'm writing you down my final impressions of these M6 Pro (while listening to them playing Lauryn Hill - Doo Woop ) So, after having them for about a month, listening to them every day, testing them with multiple (about 12 different) eartips and using a variety of sources during this...

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

I have the M6 Pro for about 3 weeks already, still having some fit issues that I've been able to reduce, however not completely solved yet. In any case, I have the TTPOD T1E which are actually a bit cheaper and I've compared them against the M6 Pro. I think the TTPOD's has a more balanced sound...

Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (Headphones, IEMs, Amps, DACs)

This thread is amazeballs. Let's go back to the DIY IE800 NY Tennmak, where are you, the people who have tried it?

And I say, Amen brotha! I cannot agree with you more than I already do. Sounds promising anyway, I think I'm going for it, wish me luck! haha :) I might get the remote+mic version so it would be fully functional as my daily driver.

Yeah, we shall wait and see what the master Hisoundfi has to say ;) In any case, I just sent a message to the seller asking if there's any difference in terms of sound quality between the "Music version" (No mic - Straight cable) and the Blue / Black color option with remote and inline...

So, @Hisoundfi , basically if I'm not really a treble head, should I stay away? What they have for sale now is the "Improved version 2", at least that's what they call it. Do you have the same version or is it the first gen? How would you compare the sound of these to the TTPOD T1E or Xiaomi...

I think I won't be able to resist myself and pull the trigger. What the heck? It's only ~$28 and might be a steal if the seller is standing behind his words. They claim it's a very special DIY model they make with lot of passion and love to the audiophiles out there, very interesting. Will post...

Yo guys, so I keep reading about these DIY IE800 that can be found on multiple Chinese sites and I was able to get some good reviews on these: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/DIY-IE800-HiFi-in-ear-ceramic-earphone-earbud-headphone-with-microphone-remote-new-free-shipping/32223603803.html Looks...

Awesome, Thank you! I'll probably pulling the trigger. Hah. Here goes another $30.   BTW, What do you guys think about these DIY IE800 2nd edition sold by Tennmak store on Aliexpress? They look pretty amazing, with inline mic as well.

Thanks for the quick response. Yeah, They are very tempting, however the reviews don't seem to seal the deal. Have you tried them?   To be honest, the perfect IEM for me would be the TTPOD T1E sound sig with a better fit (Over the ear loop style) and with inline mic. I wish.

Ok guys, I'm still on the quest for the perfect work horse / training IEM. I had my faith in the Meelec M6 Pro, but unfortunately IMO they were disappointing by all means, especially fit / isolation wise. I'm looking for in ear, super comfy fit with great isolation, preferably with inline...

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

It's good to know that burning them all night helps. I still feel like the treble is totally harsh, as someone mentioned, on some bad recorded tracks, it can actually get painful, I swear. I'll be burning them in during the night and let you know my thoughts after it's done, hoping for the best...

indieman Totally frustrating, I guess you're right, you win some, you lose some. Not giving up yet! Just ordered the Westone Star tips combo with all sizes, looks interesting to have regardless of the M6 Pro. Maybe they will provide a better seal as the large size is actually thin and long.

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

@Kenny Ingram  Hey again, I have settled on the stock large sized clear tips, they seem to provide me with the best fit comfort and isolation wise, however, it's still not enough. Trust me, I tried EVERYTHING. I have used all known and unknown methods in order to get the earpiece as deeper as...

Thanks again for trying to help. Unfortunately I already tried both ways with no success. I'm getting very frustrated, so far I simply can't enjoy these, although I REALLY want to get the best out of them. I have a few more ear tips on the way, hopefully they will do the job. I'm kinda...

    MEElectronics M6 PRO Musician's In-Ear Monitors

indieman Well, as I said, I get good seal with my current setup, and the bass is there, I just feel like the design of the earpiece or the nozzle doesn't allow the sound to go through nicely. Feels like the nozzle is too far from the ear canal and this is causing the sound experience to feel...

Yes, I did. Big no no. No isolation AT ALL. Finally, the largest clear included eartips got the earphones to sit properly, however, still, the sound is disappointing imo. There's no bass, simple Yes, I did. It was a big no no. No isolation AT ALL. Finally got a good fit with the largest clear...
