iPad-Fi
I returned mine today. Like I said, I love the web surfing experience, the screen is beautiful, having Netflix and Kindle/ ibooks is very handy, and the battery is amazing, but it is too heavy, too awkward and I do not like reading books on the LCD screen. Furthermore, the enjoyable web...- nfusion770

One annoying issue thus far that I am sure they will fix with firmware is that I am constantly losing my wifi connection. I searched google earlier and discovered I am not the only one. iPad losing wifi connection, forgetting pswd - Mac Forums See the links in post 16.- nfusion770

I cannot understand the people who stood in line. My wife just happened to be going shopping sat eve and I asked her to swing into BB to see if they had any left-apparently they had plenty. iPad-Fi
The interface on an iPad is superior to anything I have ever seen. I actually think my 76 year old father who is unwilling to master the mouse might actually be willing to surmount the iPad learning curve in order To get his newspaper. I think in this regard and in consuming media it is a big...- nfusion770

iPad-Fi
I really had no intention of buying one (much more interested in Notion Ink and the HP Slate or a thinkpad x series) but I changed my mind in the last week or so. The hype was obviously ridiculous, but I sort of wanted to see what it was like to live with a tablet device having never owned one...- nfusion770

E500 and SE530 not exactly the same?
Not that this point needs any further proof, but I purchased the e500s pre-release and had them within 2 weeks of release (late July 2006 I think). I don't have them anymore so I cannot verify which side, but the code on one of the ear pieces actually said SE530. I guess that implies Shure...- nfusion770

*NEW* Apple Ipod Shuffle
Either way I am sure they let it ride until a minor revamp in the fall (likely new colors- ahh.... woo- hoo?). Let's hope they revert like they did with the Nano and get it right this time. Actually, they could get this mostly right if they would just split the cable, terminate it in a 3.5...- nfusion770

*NEW* Apple Ipod Shuffle
Wow. Been using a Clip for what must be the last 2 years because of Apples worthless shuffle navigation, loss of bookmarks, etc (I think my 2g shuffle is in my sons toy box somewhere). I just saw this and was very intrigued, playlists and the voice over would allow me to actually use this thing...- nfusion770

Slim "laptop-type" keyboards
I was building a new computer last week and could not find my backup ps2 or usb keyboard, so I ran to Target to get the cheapest thing I could find. Low and behold, the Kensington CI70 was the cheapest thing I could find. After about 10 minutes of using it for setup, it replaced my 2 year...- nfusion770

New iPods is coming
I am always interested in these but, in all honesty, pretty lame. I wonder why they didn't just redesign the Nano like this last generation. I guess the good side is that refurbished 3g Nano might drop a little- my mom needs a new one. Looks like the Classic is being readied for...- nfusion770

4gb Clip vs iPod classic and nano
Mediamonkey will handle the Clip much like itunes, but itunes itself, does not support non apple players. Regarding the clip shutting down while you are out of the office- you can turn auto shut off off or set it to 20 minutes. As listed above, your comparison in general is a bit unfair...- nfusion770

rumor alert: the next Nano
It has always seemed to me that the next step was to add a full screen to form factor of the 3g Nano. The would have to solve (or settle for) the click wheel/ touch screen issue, but otherwise it retains most of what the Nano is intended to be. I can see them moving the Nano toward a classic...- nfusion770

If you buy car right now, is MPG important for you?
I had a new 2000 Jetta that was nothing but a hassle- door locks sticking, latches breaking, mysterious no power issue etc- all within the first 2 years. I moved to a used 2000 Honda CRV- unbelievably solid interior materials and never a single mechanical issue. I now have a 2000 Toyota SUV and...- nfusion770

I don't have any choice but to have a minivan (yuck) or a family sized SUV, so anything that averages about 20 is fine with me. In other words, gas mileage is a consideration but it is not a primary factor (probably getting a 2009 Pilot by the end of the year). The thing that bugs me...- nfusion770

What'd You Guys Think of The Dark Knight?
I posted in the other thread- overall I thought it was good but overrated- 7 to 7.5 out of 10. There was a lot more action (more satisfying?) than BB, but I honestly think BB was a better movie. BB had me willing to buy into the possibility of every action sequence while TDK pushed the envelope...- nfusion770

Rate The Last Movie You Watched
Dark Knight- 7 out of 10. I could have been the best superhero movie of all time but it was pretty choppy and seems to have abandon some of the realism that made Batman Begins so gripping. There certainly was a ton more going on in this movie, but either my expectations were too high or this...- nfusion770

Who has the Sennheiser MX W1!?!?
I am interested in these as well, but not at $550. It would be cool if they rivaled higher end universal iems, but I have my doubts. Regardless, I cannot stand wires and hope for positive reviews on these. On a side note, I don't really find them all that much better looking that the Ety8.- nfusion770
