I imagine it would have a bump for the bluetooth board. I tried Sony 1RBT MK2 and those sounded better via bluetooth than with the cable. reason being it probably has a better sound card than my iPhone. I bought them for mobile and they weren't mobile so I returned them...thats why I didnt try...

I know this sounds crazy, but wouldnt it be cool to have a bluetooth cable for earphones such as the SE846 or the SE535? I know I would love to have one for whenever I dont want a cord hanging from my brain.

you should also try the tripple flange rubbers, they last longer

I had e4c till a friend give me e500, thought the e4c sound is very clear, the e500 sound better. more bass, and sound more professional

Sony makes decent IEMs for that price, sound is not bad, but they only last a few months, that was my problem with them.

shure e500 have a 8 inch cable and 2 different lengths of extentions.

I think you should get an older receiver and good speakers, If you decide you want to spend more money you could buy a better receiver. But some old amplifiers are good and inexpensive. CM

also use the monster cable, sounds better than the radio shack i used before.

You could get an external(usb) sound card that would work with your mac. With the built-in sound card you listen to music with computer speakers, unless it has a digital out, which i believe the mac mini does not have.

Hi, there shouldn't be a difference, unless you buy cheap cables, and that would effect both connectors

I think the quality of the speakers in the headphone have the most to do. Also the amp, but that might be more of a condition part, if its still good or not.
