With the stock tips I can see that comparison. I think the Superior EX does sound a bit cleaner overall but less technical. But then again the DD handles the bass very differently than the BA config of the 335DW. Interestingly the completely unrelated MH335DW EX also just released!

They do vary. On the 622b especially, the shell is not gonna fit properly into everyone's cymba. I get pain on one side after an extended period of time. the 54E is a bit smaller in that regard and easier to fit.

Not uncommon, I think. At least I felt the same way and know a few others with similar taste who preferred Diva over Anni.

Glad you liked the F5. I also prefer it to F7U. I have both CIEM and UIEM of F5 and can say that the CIEM performs better for me, probably something that could also be accomplished with more tip rolling but obviously that's not my thing. Even more coherent, tames the treble exaggeration but...

I did on a noisy ass showfloor where I found the treble to be the slightest bit attentuated with Versa (as opposed to what happens with Conx where it just makes treble... worse) but this is not realiable or verifiable at all.
