Personally I would hope it will also support LDAC, which allows for 990kbps connection but I guess sony is not opening that standard up yet- AzureSerenity

A little about the Campfire Audio Jupiter
Wow, thanks for the great reply! That's indeed a lot of valuable and helpful information.Personally I have rather mixed feelings about the EXK, mainly because of sometimes it sounds a little harsh, and the fit is not the best. From your opinion I guess for me getting the Jupiter might be the way...- AzureSerenity

A little about the Campfire Audio Jupiter
Thanks for the reply and information. I see that you have EX1000, HD650 and had IE80, and I also own all 3. Could you please compare the sound signature of the Jupiter with those? Thanks- AzureSerenity

A little about the Campfire Audio Jupiter
Hi, guys, I'm in the market for a universal IEM now, and noticed that ALO is selling b-stock Jupiter at 549, which seem to be a decent price. How do you guys like this model, and how does it hold up with the newer offerings of campfire audio and options from other companies around the 500-600...- AzureSerenity

1964 Ears Adel IEMs
Hi guys, I notice that on massdrop, U4-SE and U5 are offered at seemingly good price points (449 for U4-SE and 499 for U5, both with both M15 and M20 modules). Yet I can't find any review anywhere, can anyone share some thoughts on these two models? It seems that this thread is more concerned...- AzureSerenity

Sennheiser x Massdrop HD6XX Review / Preview - Head-Fi TV
All DACs and amps are designed by electrical engineers, some of whom may be audiophiles, some may not. Real hybrid amps at least should supply enough plate voltage to the tube, which usually serves as a voltage gain stage. And this amp apparently does not do so. The tube sound comes from...- AzureSerenity

Sennheiser x Massdrop HD6XX Review / Preview - Head-Fi TV
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coSt5HWRvv4 Those of you who thought that noobsound "tube amp" is good please just check the video above. That is breakdown and reverse engineering of a basically same amp with different branding. For people who like to TLDR : the amp is garbage.- AzureSerenity

Happy as a Pig in Schiit: Introducing Modi Multibit
Hey you all, I'm not quiet familiar with the whole R2R multibit thing, so some questions here. As listed by the Schiit website, Mimby and Bimby are built around AD5547, which is a 16bit dac, but they are both listed as capable of dealing with 24 bit input. Is there any special sampling...- AzureSerenity

Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
I'm looking for a rather portable amp to drive my HD650. It's not like that I listen the can on the go, but I have to travel sometimes, and can't take a desktop amp with me. Any recommendations guys? Thanks- AzureSerenity

Got my unit today, and I'm pretty impressed by the SQ by now. One problem I encountered is that when playback my 24/96 files on a 64gb tf card, the sound will randomly lag sometimes. Another problem is that its not showing my Lyrics in Japanese correctly. Any fixes?- AzureSerenity

Well, two of my friends in China who tried both DAPs actually preferred L3 over the M5, so I guess personal preference is a factor.- AzureSerenity

Shanling M5 Impressions & Discussion Thread
I think the method before was maximized output level and 300ohms load, and the generally taken method is 1vrms output into 32ohms load. If I know this earlier I might have chosen M5 over L3. But I can't accept the appearance design of M5 so anyway- AzureSerenity
