You are right there are no 4-E but it's still confusing to people who are looking to buy a pair and may end up with a 3-E due to cheaper price and being disappointed with their lack of bass.   XB = Extended Bass.

people should stop referring to the FA-4 XB as FA-4 because those two phones are not the same and significanlty different in sound signature.

Do you have a reason for not trusting them with their customer service?   Are you sure you're talking about Fischer Amps and not Fischer Hearing?

I agree with your review on the SD2, it's such a great phone even better than the SD3 in my opinion. If you have the possibility you should try out the Fischer Amps FA-4E (not the XB version) I'm sure you'd love them too. They are slightly more fun sounding than the SD2 and cheaper as well.

Westone cables sound great with the SE215!

Ordered the Ortofon tips directly from the manufacturer and they perform great compared to the complys.

It's surprising how little I can find on the Noble 3. I'm interested in buying the universal one but there aren't enough reviews (4~5). The v shape sounds exactly what I'm looking for but I'd love to see them in comparison to W4R, FA3EXB, Shures and whatever plays in their league. Unfortunately...
