I have the same problem after a firmware upgrade and Rockbox install but not fixed by different cable. Standard fixes in device manager not successful either.

Thanks. Yes I did follow the ibasso instructions for firmware upgrades. I upgraded to 2.1.5 off the ibasso website first, did a factory reset then upgraded again to the Lurker version and did the same. But I'll repeat the factory reset again and try.
