Dunu DN-1000 - Dunu's hybrid IEM - Impressions thread
I bought my dunu's from mayu-cn on ebay. They don't seem fake to me. Also that seller cares a lot about his reputation because they ask u to fill out a positive feedback report, so I doubt they would risk it by selling fake products.- edmking

Dunu DN-1000 - Dunu's hybrid IEM - Impressions thread
Thanks for the review. Once you switched from the large tips to the medium tips, how much more bass did you get? and did different colored spacers change the bass amount too?- edmking

Dunu DN-1000 - Dunu's hybrid IEM - Impressions thread
Thanks. Yeah I'm a newbie. Now I'm considering both the dunu's and the altone 200's for edm. BTW where would I go about purchasing some altone 200's. they don't seem to be on ebay or amazon, and I can't find the manufacturer's website.- edmking

Can someone with the dn-1000's tell me these are for edm? I like quite a bit of bass and listen mainly to house, trance, and dubstep. Thanks.- edmking

Velodyne vPulse Review - Bass lovers rejoice!!!
How are the vpulses for EDM? Are they too bassy or are the mids and highs still good? And how's the comfort; I've read that these are heavy and can tend to gall out of the ear...?- edmking

Ok thanks. Its just that I can't seem to find very many opinions about the vpulse for edm. I know they have strong bass, but except for your nephew, i haven't read anything about edm on the vpulse.- edmking

I also listen to some dubstep, so is there enough bass for that? I'm not completely sold yet because I've read on these forums that the bass is a little lacking on the yamaha's.- edmking

Yamaha EPH-100
I listen to mainly house and dance-pop and some trance. I also occasionally listen to hip-hop, but mostly edm. I would like a good bass response to get that fun edm beat if you know what I mean. I am not too picky, I just like to enjoy my music. I'm heavily considering the yamaha's but other iem...- edmking

Can I get some impressions of the dunu dn-23 landmine? They seem to get pretty good reviews for edm. Cheaper than yamaha's and a little more bassy?- edmking

Yamaha EPH-100 best for edm?
Ya ok then I do i do like have some bass to have a warm, colored, and fun sound. I don't mind have a slightly recessed midrange. So I guess the basso's would be more my thing. Are the yamaha's more balanced, or do they have a more fun sound signature?- edmking

Doesn't more bass make edm more "fun" sounding, or not really? I'm not very experienced in the technicalities of music- edmking

Another thing-I sometimes listen to eclectic music, some acoustic guitar and synthesizer, so some versatility would be a bonus, but not necessary. Thanks!- edmking
