Hi i have distortion problem on my hdp r10. When i use the line out, it distorts at max volume. Is it also found on dx100 or mine is a faulty one?

I found that lower volume is better when i use hdp r10's line out. The higher the volume of the player, the worse the sound will be. At full volume, it doesnt even sound as good as the dx90. Is it normal?
