I got the FC300, a local site had them at a third off.  My gods they are well constructed with a great sound.  Thanks guys and gals for the help!

Right, I will go with the fc300. Thanks guys and gals. There's so many headphones it tough to settle with one.

After much reading, reviewing and head scratching. I've got it down to Audio Technica ATH-M50 and the Onkyo ES FC300. Tough call as I love the style of the Onkyos.

My bad i was thinking of the Martin Logan Mikros 70.

I will have a look Trunks, not an in ear fan though.
