I'm based in the UK if that makes a difference, but I just filled in an online contact form on sennheiser-hearing.com with the country selected as the UK, took a week for a reply though. Will they follow up with another message? probably not.- hackstu

WA22 tube question
Well it didn't, because the replacement tube went crackly after an hour and a half, BUT I did try the original tube again in the other socket, and with a strong finger flick to the chassis/amp on startup it was a lot better. So it seems on reflection I have possibly both dirty and slightly loose...- hackstu

WA22 tube question
Bought two gec 6080s off langrex a month back, very happy with sound but after a week or so one went noisy on startup. The question I'm asking is I don't really know whether to replace the noisy tube as the noise is gone within 7-10 minutes after startup, then there is no more noise after that...- hackstu

iFi Zen Stream: Setup, Tips, Tricks...
As of this evening, my second replacement Zen Stream as become unresponsive. The only light that is on is the small led power light on the front left of the unit, also trying a 9v ipower x psu no lights at all, help!! Also the power on/off switch is unresponsive- hackstu

Started using my DX300 for the first time in a couple of months, and the digital battery level indicator level isn't changing/draining when using the burn in cable, analogue battery fine. Any help appreciated.- hackstu

Crackly tubes with WA22
I've cleaned with the brush that comes with the deoxit kit, seems okay for now. Didn't use the fluid though. Thing is though I live in the UK and sending the amp back to the USA and get the sockets replaced is what 400£ ??? Including shipping?? The crackling only happens with the increase of...- hackstu
