AZLA advise their ear tips last approx. 2 months, I have used mine for years and none have torn but they may be a lesser fit now and they do get a bit harder (esp. the Crystals) but soften for while again after a soak in 99% Isopropyl alcohol (they say to use warm soapy water).

They may have had a FW update and IMO the MTW3 also has near none existent ANC so the MTW4 cannot be much better by far. The Bose QCII do not give me a good seal but the ANC is the best I have owned but I do not like the earbuds overall similar story for the JLAB Epic Edition, passive seal not...
