Looks interesting but the battery Life isn't that good. I maybe consider it replace my Ruizu A55. But looks like there's no case for the Surfans on the market.

What are you talking about?? I use a flac player that boots in 15 seconds to the current song. You don't need to defend that crap. It would been better not to run this device on android.

The boot times are horrendous.

So two questions from my side. How good is the battery life. (Not talking about Bluetooth) I'm using cable in ears or normal headphones. A good source to buy the japanese version.(Best without VAD) Don't want to deal with reduced noise levels.

Normal Battery life is arround 9-10 hours. People an Amazon are telling about 5 hours with Bluetooth. @baskingshark If the NWA 306 is too quiet I'm gonne return the sucker. But thanks for the advise.

Yeah the new firmware finally fixed the issues. But the battery life of the Ruizu is really pissing me Off. I think I'm gonne buy the Sony NW A306.

Well find. It's correct that with the newest firmware they added this Bug. I have the same issue. Hopefully they fix this problem with the next firmware update.

There are only cases If you buy the Ruizu from Amazon. They are selling It with a case. Regarding the firmware I have no clue. But you can upgrade the firmware directly via WiFi with the player.
