Hi,   Also interested in a good pairing for my future DT-990.   For now I run with PC > M2tech Hiface > Musical Fidelity V-DAC > Bowers & Wilkins P5 or PC > iBasso DX50 (DAC mode) > B&W P5, but the Hiface and V-DAC are moving from my desk and I prefer too keep my DX50 for a travelling solution.

  Yup, good combo. And you certainly not need a portable amp with it. Low impedance headphone and very powerful DAP.

      Thanks. The headphone jack of my DX50 was not welded properly, a solder joint was missing (not good, iBasso). I have solved the problem by soldering myself (don't want to pay shipping + fees for such a simple task).
