I need your help for a particular cable
Hi! :-) I have a somewhat strange request and I hope somebody could help me. I am on the lookout for a two pins cable for my IEMs. I would like it to be without the memory wire part, i.e. without the little plastic (clear) tube and thin metal wire. Cutting out the plastic tube of the cable I...- famagosta

Thoughts on the new 1964 Ears V8
From my experience with the V8 -- I had them for a little while but eventually decided to sell them -- you don't have to worry because sub- and midbass are wonderfully balanced. The whole low region of the spectrum is very coherent. I would say anyway that even if the bass is blatantly above...- famagosta

SoundMagic E50 & E80 - Story of Two Magicians - A Review...
Very interesting and informative review, Zelda! If the E80 can really be an upgrade over the KC06 (be it the A model or not) we have a winner here, at that price range. I'm waiting for the gun-metal model of the E80 to be available on the usual webshops, as it seems that at the moment only the...- famagosta

The JVC HA-S500 thread.
Yes, that can be true. Let's say then it appeared to me that their sound drastically changed with some use, in a way I didn't experienced with other cans I owned that underwent the same treatment. Whatever the reason may be! (psycological or actual, physical adjustment)- famagosta

The JVC HA-S500 thread.
I agree. Giving them some burn-in will result in better, more controlled bass. I had these cans for a while and I went through the burn-in process myself using some trance and hard rock music. Even if in general I don't believe in its utility, this time I had to think again because burn-in...- famagosta

THE best female vocals? (your favorite female singers)
Thank you too, I really like Zooey! -
beyerdynamic T51p & T51i impressions thread
I like your way of thinking, I'm really not the kind of person that tries different DACs in order to find the perfect combination with the IEM in use: suffice to say that at the moment my only source for my listening is a simple clip+, apart from my PC. I was just trying to have a better grasp...- famagosta

So it's my understanding that a good match for the T51p/i would be a bright or "analytical" DAP, given that the their sound signature is on the warm side. Is that correct?- famagosta

New Member Introductions thread
Hey there! I've been a member for quite some time but never really introduced myself. My name is Marco and I live in Milan, Italy. Any other italian member out there? I am a hard audio-aficionado mainly interested in rock and hard rock, but with a recent tendency to explore new music...- famagosta

Recommendations for laptop speakers (250 EUR budget)
Hi cel4145 and thank you. Yes, the latter! Any webshop that can ship to Italy would be a valid candidate for me to check, so if you have suggestions about other speakers I would be happy to take them- famagosta
