[HELP] KZ ZS10 PRO buzzing noise when I touch the metal plate

It's a grounding issue. It happens when connected to a tablet, which is being charged. Pulling the power cable stops the buzzing. Btw that tablet leaks electricity like crazy while charging. And you can tell when usb-pd kicks in by sound.

    IEM for LG V30

At this point I have to say the V30 drives every 50ohm headphone I've used. I haven't tried anything higher. The planar Monoprice M1060 sounds very good, maybe very slightly better with a desktop amp but it might be my imagination.

    Amp/Dac combo for Monolith M1060

I'm looking to run the M1060 off an external amp. Currently it's being fed by the onboard audio of a Clevo P775DM3 laptop. It does have an amp, but it sounds very mediocre(my LG V30 drives other headphones better). I'd like something with a relatively small form factor. It will be always plugged...

    IEM for LG V30

In regards to the Quad DAC issue, it does not need 50Ohms. It can be toggled from quick settings, and yes, there is a difference. I surely don't have golden ears, but I do notice a difference with Neutron Player and FLAC files playing through a 16-Ohm IEM.

    IEM for LG V30

Edited to add more IEMs and increased budget. But that is only if it is worth spending that much for the specific audio source.

    IEM for LG V30

EDIT: I have made a list of possible IEMs: Shure se535 - Some sources say they aren't worth the money as much as the ones below FLC 8S - Sound adjustment is a plus, but comfort seems like an issue Earsonics SM64 - General consensus is they're better than all the others here, but might lack in...

Best high impedance headphones for LG v30 DAC?

The V30 can drive up to 600ohms. However the quad DAC also works with <50ohms.

    IEM for LG V30

I'm going to buy the LG V30 soon, and I need IEMs to listen to Rock/Metal. I've read less-than-good reviews regarding the ones that ship with the phone (B&O H3 I believe), so I want some opinions in case I do not like them. Audio source: LG V30, mostly CD-quality FLAC(hopefully with good DR!)...

    New Sport Earphones help/recommendations

Hi, I'm looking to buy sport earphones, more specifically earbuds. I've used Sennheiser MX 680, but they started to sound bad due to excessive sweating, and I've also lost the ring that fits me best, so I'm wondering whether to buy another pair since I'm quite satisfied with them, and wouldn't...

iPod Classic 5G, bad sound quality

I edited the first post to be more understandable. Basically the precut setting fixed the distortion and quality. About that adapter you mentioned, what exactly is it? Can you post a link?

iPod Classic 5G, bad sound quality

The sound signature is irrelevant, the iPod makes the hiss even with no music playing. Could it be that the IEMs are too sensitive?

iPod Classic 5G, bad sound quality

Today I picked up my iPod 5G 30GB which I had previously given to my brother(for about 3 years, so I'm not really sure of how it was used, or abused, in that matter) before going iPod Nano 6g -> Sansa Clip+. I installed Rockbox to the 5G right away, I didn't think of trying the OF first. I'm...

Looking to upgrade my portable audio (currently iPod Nano 6G, Sennheiser MX680)

Today the Denons also arrived. I haven't listened for more than half an hour and I'm impressed.

Actually, I did not even try the original firmware. I rockboxed it right away.

Looking to upgrade my portable audio (currently iPod Nano 6G, Sennheiser MX680)

I decided to go for the Clip+ and the AH-C560R. The Clip+ has arrived, and I believe it sounds better than the Nano, with no need for EQ, unlike the Nano. The Denons are still stuck in delivery, so I can't comment on them yet.

Looking to upgrade my portable audio (currently iPod Nano 6G, Sennheiser MX680)

Are there any noticeable differences between the 3 IEMs? Some reviews say the M4 have a slightly lower midrange. Also, How does the Clip Zip differ from Clip+? Do they have a difference in sound quality?

Looking to upgrade my portable audio (currently iPod Nano 6G, Sennheiser MX680)

My budget is $150 max. If it's not worth to buy another DAP, then I need an iPod remote. I have seen these IEMs:   Klipsch S4i Sennheiser MM70i   I have read that the Klipsch are a bit too bassy. Are there other IEMs in this price range that sound good for hard rock/metal?

Looking to upgrade my portable audio (currently iPod Nano 6G, Sennheiser MX680)

Hi, I have been using an iPod Nano 6G with Sennheiser MX 680 earphones. However, they have both started showing their signs of overuse. The iPod's volume up button doesn't work anymore, and I keep the volume on max and vary it with the MX's volume slider. The MX have also started making...
