Two projects I did this weekend :) Made 6' long paracord sleeved balanced cable for my audezes. Was a pain to sleeve the paracord. Modded my wife's ath-m50s to detachable with 3 pin mini XLRs and made a blue paracord sleeved cable for her as well.- MoonSung

It was just some mogami 2534 that I stripped. I just use the clear cables inside for unsleeved cables like that and the blue cables for paracord sleeved ones. It was one of the cheapest ways to get cables for me.- MoonSung

It was a rather scary project to do with the drilling into the dt880s, but turned out fun in the end. I used redco's sockets I think, I ordered them a while back and haven't touched the project till recently. It's not that close to the driver baffle, I think it's just the angle of the photo- MoonSung

I'm about to recable my audio technicas ath m50s. The current cable has a jack that is 1/4" but can be twisted off to become a 1/8" jack. I was wondering where I could find such a plug to use in a new cable? Preferably in Canada of course. Or could i salvage the existing connector?- MoonSung
