I don't have the JHA Roxanne II. I do have a CIEM Roxanne I with Black Dragon TRRS that I use to pair with the HM901S Balanced Card. IMO: a 'warm' HM901S with a 'warm' Roxanne is fantastic sounding but left me wanting a bit more for the bite of trumpets, cymbals, high piano notes, etc. Again...

HiFiMan does need to offer more amp boards IMO. I own the standard, balanced, and iem cards. The JH Audio Roxanne and Shure SE530 iem's that I own and have tried with all three cards only allow me to dial up to at most three on the stepped volume attenuator before it's too loud for my hearing...
