Everybody forgets that you are dealing with a small private company, and I am sure it is funded by either Jerry himself or a group of small investors.   Furthermore, calling them and putting pressure on them for a shorter lead time to a product that has a artistic process is a BAD IDEA.  

  My guess is those other poeple, the ones that are getting bad CS, are the people that scream and yell at the ticket agent at the counter when the flight is delayed.

How does this AK240 compare to the Tera player.  Form what I read the Terra player sounds amazing and does not need to be powered by a amp.

how are people listening to there new roxanne's.  Will a AK100 need a amp, or will a AK240 need a amp?

Al- I was surprised how the EQ on the AK120 woke up my 3A FP, I maxed out the EQ and bing, the sound was so detailed.  If the Roxanne's get close without the use of the amp I will be happy.   Rob

I hope so, just orderd mine last night.  I have the JH 3A, and my fit was perfect, so that was a big plus.  However the 3A's are real thumpers.  

I think Carbon Fiber is cool, but at the end of the day I am not really sure it makes a difference.  It seems like most of the wait revolves around the CF, and the Acrylic version looks really good.  I am surprised JH as a company would go through all this trying to come to market with a solid...

I have the JH-3A, and was thinking Roxanne until I started reading this thread.  I called JH about the Roxanne, then they told me they disscontinuted the 3A's and you can't sell them because they will not reshell them.     So the K10's sound that good, better than the Roxanne's?

Well that's good to hear.  I will be using it with a JH-3a, so I have high expectations on the sound.  All the other issues I can deal with.  The tera player at the end of the day was $1,200, and that just seemed really expensive for that little guy.

I am a avid cyclest, and I will never ride with music again.  I use to ride with CIEM's but one day I did not hear a car about to run a stop sign in the country and the car was about one inch from my front tire.  That was the last time I rode with music.

I ordered them 15 days ago, but they just got in like 80 or so amps.  Today they said they have fourty amp's sold, so I just wanted to make sure I got one.   I know they were having trouble getting the amps, they just came today, because yesterday I called and they were not there
