Pro-Ject Elemental upgrade advice
Hey everybody! I hope this is posted in the correct location, if not I'm sorry. My question is about turntables. My turntable is the only thing I've neglected in my current HI-FI setup, it's just a pretty cheap, plastic Bush MTT1 that sounds awful through my setup (you can see my setup...- pjv1990

Review of the Little-Dot MKII Tube Headphone Amp/Pre-Amp
Hey everyone, This is my first tube amp and I'm a little unsure about something, I was wondering if someone could help me out. This is a really moronic question and I feel so stupid and embarrassed for asking but what kind of tubes are required to replace for this amp? I've looked and there...- pjv1990

Annoying sound issues with headphones
Hi all, I am not sure if this is in the appropriate place. If it's not I apologise. This may sound strange but it is something that is really starting to irritate me and spoil my listening experience. I have noticed when listening with my main set up (HD650, Graham Slee novo, Marantz...- pjv1990

The Ultimate HD600 vs HD650 Poll [CLOSED: HD600 Wins!]
The more I think about it having now owned both, they seem like 2 halves of a whole. The 650's have a really stunning bass performance and great mid's, but lack a little clarity while the 600's have no real bass, good mids and great clarity. I think that if you could combine them you would have...- pjv1990

Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread
Is there anything that really makes owning these AND the 650's? I wouldn't mind trying the 600's out because I've heard they are better for classical and rock, but is it worth it considering I have some 650's?- pjv1990

How Do You Discover Music?
I tend to have a particular genre in mind that I want to explore, and then google the big names in said genre before listening to samples on iTunes and spotify. Has not let me down yet. -

LOL at all the Beats bashers........

Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
Quote: I'm all for that, I'm hopelessly in love my 650's. From the design (vintage Sennheiser) to the incredibly impressive dark/warm, detailed sound that radiates from them. Just stick on bit of Diana Krall, sit back and enjoy. The key word being enjoy.- pjv1990

Is Sennheiser considering an Orpheus (HE90) revival?
Given the fact that Sennheiser decided to showcase the Orpheus headphones at CES this year, this has got me thinking that Sennheiser could possibly be thinking of a revival in some guise as a successor to the HD800's and make it their new flagship headphone. To me it seems like the next step in...- pjv1990

Sennheiser HD650 & Massdrop HD6XX Impressions Thread
Hi all, Ive noticed a really small dent on the right side mesh of my 650's, the dent is a mm deep and about 1 cm long. What effect (if any) would this have on sound reproduction/quality? should I try and get the dent out? Thanks for any advice.- pjv1990
