Hi eithay am in the same boat as you were, have you bought the fiio? How has your set up worked? Beyers are on the way mid July some time and looking at getting maybe the e-17/11 as they seem to be a pretty good all rounder and very cheap! Would it keep me going till I can save for a better amp?

Thanks bowei006 I've taken that on board and really looking forward to the new sound adventures. :D It's a sure step up from my px200ii. Sometimes tho I think I enjoy reading the forums more than the actual cans ;)

Thanks a Lot estreeter and average_joe. It was tyll's opinion on the 250 that made me order them as the 32's damping factor wasn't suitable for lower end mp3. I will definitely look out for the I.fuzen and then go for you're more recommended units once possible. Cheers and happy listening!:)

Great! Thanks a million, very valued advice! It was a big buy for me and nervous about going about it the right way. Won't have cans till mid July but have seen the e17 going as low as €86 in uk so can afford that bit extra by the time I get them. At least they'll be better then, than my senns...

Lol.. I admit it! I read reviews on the dt880s, want them and all I know is that they are in need of a good amp. So I suppose my question is would the iPhone case amp keep the beyers from clipping and even give them sufficient juice for an average listeners ear?
