Oh my god you guys are so right!!! I just bought the XB500's! Wow that bass just pumps through a flat eq, there is no need to boost them at all! Rock and Dubstep sound amazing on them!! What songs are likely to  vibrate these babies? Just wanted some more of that i guess, other than that, I LOVE...

Yeah i'm looking at these. I'd be interested to know if these are comparable to the sony xb-500's bass. Are they anything as far as the beats ( i mean the rumble, but on the beats the bass doesn't shine through, will the bass shine through with a rumble and rattle on the low bass notes, say...

I'm no audiophile by any means, just a Teenager who loves the melodic lines of rock guitar, (70 % of the time). Also Love the modern club/dubstep/thumpy bass type (about 30 % of the time). I would like a headphone that will have deep, punchy, melodic bass  that will "rumble" or "Shake" your ears...
