Its a gigabye K8NS ultra 939. The pci buss is that bold line going between the slots and the NB. Things that connect to that line ride the 133MB/s that is the PCI buss, they dont necessarily have to be in a slot to ride that buss. And 133 would just be the theoretical max. The problem is not IRQs, its that the PCI buss it self maxes out at 133MB/s. A single U320 SCSI disk can max that out easily. That means that you have a 133MB/s link to the north bridge, if that link is saturated than you will have issues. On my mainboard, others may be different, the USB ports...- willlane

Hello, I have an interesting situation. My PC has a PCI SCSI card, a normal mainboard, only 1 PCI bus, so that saturates PCI bandwidth. What do you all recommend as far as amps go. In new to the whole home audio stuff but I know a fair bit about the pro stuff. I was looking at the Presonus amp. Its 150mw at 51ohm for 99 dollars. Should I replace the sennys with something better? HD280s?- willlane
