Just bought a 10 SE used from the states,from the for sale section here, changed the power links from 110v to 220-240v, fired up, is working, with no input connected it is flashing 7HH 306,?, it came with no manual for use, I know this is old, but can anyone send me a pdf of how to set it up/...

I got no response to thread, and could find no useful info elsewhere, so ended up buying a TPA Buffalo 24 used, from the States, for a bit more money than the Valab, but not much

Anybody have any thoughts whether this might be simular to Audio GD NFB2, had pretty much decided to get the A GD, then this popped up, I like the display screen, and the price is very attractive compared to the NFB2, is it likely to sound anywhere near it though, i am not experienced enough...

headamp sound of no concern to me, would only want dac, as have the M stage, just somewhat dubious about buying something that looks so poorly put together, with such amateurish website, and e.bay information/images.   Have 2 pieces of kit that represent outstanding value, the M Stage...

Anyone tried this WM 8741 4.0 appeared on Flea bay sold by diy-audioworld, any comparison to Audio GD NFB2, been looking for a dac in the price bracket  £300 or so, and have considered Yulong D100 NFB2, Bifrost, the afforementioned WM 8741 4.0 is a good price, but any competition for the other 3...

I assume you are on a budget, have you considered the Musiland monitor 02 US, can be picked up for 50 quid used, mine was only £80 new, its asynch 24/192 USB 2.0 and for the money sounds brilliant, provided you use the latest drivers, the new 03 which is a USB 3.0 device 32/324 is only £120
