I currently own the HE-500 with a Cavalli Audio Liquid Gold amp and an Audiolab M-Dac. Would I hear a big difference in audio quality if I decided to purchase the Arya and a RME ADI-2 DAC?

Hmm, I'm pretty new to cables myself. I think you should take a look at the Nordost Red Dawn LS Interconnect, since it's supposed to be really good.   I just bought a Hifiman HE-500 and a Schiit Lyr, and am now thinking of giving it a go.
