Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
Totally correct! You do right. I would have loved to go for the Open Back but I feel the Closed back is better suited to my travel needs. I'll add, to me the EL-8 is priced very competitively. I like it so much I feel that at $999 it would still be worth it. Even the packaging is very...- Narii

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
ok, so I have been listening at my EL-8 Closed non stop. I'm writing this because I really believe that Audeze has done a great job with the EL-8. Because they have limited advertising budget they can't get in touch with as many potential customers as they deserve. Those who really appreciate...- Narii

Audeze EL-8: The EL-8 is a must-hear at CES 2015
Just got my EL-8 Closed.... they are soon much fun! first of all, the packaging is soon much better than my LCD-3 (pre Fazor). Secondly, the construction is simply amazing, great feel, very study. The wood is not a problem although I would have loved to have it darker (side comment). ...- Narii

19 custom IEM/TF10/Shure/IE8 cables reviewed (Effect Pearl, Apollo, & Odin added 3/20/13)
Hello everybody, I read all the reviews and they were awesome, so I decided to buy a new cable for my little JH16 baby and due to my doubts on how a cable could improve the sound of my IEM I decided I wouldn't spend $ 300 on a cable. So I read the Chris_himself review and decided to give it a...- Narii

Westone 4 Impressions and Reviews Thread
Hi guys finally ordered the Shure Olive tips to go with my W4r. I find the plastic to let too much outside noise enter and reducing the amount of bass. Hope you get your W4r soon imackler! :D- Narii

JH Audio JH16 Pro First Impressions
Hello guys, I have been listening to the JH16 during the whole weekend and all that I can say is that The Beatles simply sound awesome. The soundstage is enough for me as well as the bass. I find the sound very immersive. The difference is day and night in the low end frequencies with my W4r.- Narii

JH Audio JH16 Pro First Impressions
I'm sorry to hear that you need a refit. I hope it will workout quickly. I just played for about an hour with my JH16 plugged in my drum module and I didn't have any pain. I'm glad because I to am outside of the US and needing a refit would have been a real pain. I find the bass to be perfect...- Narii

JH Audio JH16 Pro First Impressions
Hello everybody. I received my JH16 a few hours ago and I have to say that they are amaziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing! I own the Westone 4r and thought I would upgrade to some JH16 Pro. When I opened the Otterbox I was scared because I kept remembering the posts on this forum talking about refits. But...- Narii

Okay, so I'm still listening to the W4R I have spent at least 10 hours with them in my ears since I got them. The sound is Awesome (only if listening to lossless or FLAC or 320kps) if listening to lower quality, you will hear how bad the track is. I find that with the iPhone my sound is a lot...- Narii

Bowers & Wilkins in-ear headphones = C5
I agree with what is stated above. The thingy loop does need a adjustment period to get a good fit. The sound is overpowered by bass, but once in a while, a song comes across the headphones and just seems great. I bought these because of my pair of P5 that I love, and find that if you like...- Narii

Great! I am really looking forward to trying them on my Roland drums! Can't wait. I'll post my impressions ASAP. I have been hesitating for a week between the SE535 and the W4. But I guess the reviews saying that the W4s are very neutral and have a great clarity made me go for it. Wish they made...- Narii
