  The 16610 IMO is much classier than the current production 116610. The thicker lugs and maxi dial on the new version detracts from the elegance of its predecessor IMO. That's a grail-worthy watch, congrats! And if you ever decide to let it go, hit me up ;)

You can find used Sennheiser HD25-I-II's for around that price. They might isolate slightly more than you're after, but the sound is relatively warm and they provide a nice amount of bass whilst retaining clarity through the mids. They're also built like a truck and don't have to be babied...
