Got mine today... Ok I'm not technical at all I just know what sounds good to me ... Ath M50's Sony nwz-E or Nokia 521 The Sony on low gain is noticeably louder with not much sound quality change i can tell.. High gain... Ok now I can hurt my ears .. Exactly what I wanted .. Before I couldn't...

IS it August yet ?

This is a good question,last year I found some music I regularly listen to . Although I would have liked to sample my own personal favorites... Would this be OK with everyone? Maybee a thumbdrive would be a better option?

I like them alot so far... maybe 5 hours in...  I need a better source.. Or im thinking of a amp to boost the volume as im pretty much at Max volume    I will bring them so you can try these budget cans out ! Im curious how they will sound out of a good source and high end amp .. Cant wait til...

Will definitely be there ..  Ended up finally getting the Ath-M50's this weekend ! Not the best, but the best ive had ! Ill bring them since they seem to be so popular if anyone would like to try them on diff setups or what not. 

Plan on being there i realy enjoyed last years meet at the marriot!    Havent bought much since then but i think ill finally have my M50's by then . yay!

My impressions from a newb...   First of all thanks to Warren and Thirdeye for putting the meet on!    Walked up to the Registration table and was greeted by two very nice gentleman. Then i met Warren, very cool and personable !  Got my badge and some cool head-fi bands and i was off! ...

Thanks to everyone I met at the meet! Had a blast and learned a lot! Awesome meet and awesome people... My ears have been to the promise land...LCD 3 = drool

At work!  But will be leaving around 1 to head over ! !  Cant wait! 

Ill be the guy with a walkman and modded Sony Zx100's Lame i know but its all i got...i feel im in for quite an experience !

I have found also a nice mod is to turn the pads inside out...They are leather on the inside and look a whole lot better IMO!

Not sure since this is my first audiophile meet as to what the **** i am supposed to be doing lol  Do i bring my walkman and cans and just hang out? And can i plug my walkman into everyones amps/cans to try? i just dont wanna be rude! I wanna know the groundrules!
