How do you compare the bass compared to the MTW4? Do you still prefer the MTW4 then?

From this virtual listening (from 12:51) it feels like the ZX1 PNK has less slam than the Z1 PNK, but much more filled mids, probably from the 3x BA. Interestingly vocals sounds more veiled than Z1 PNK. What was also curious was the Perl Pro which seems to extend deeper even than the Z1 PNK...

Now that you mentioned it, I did read that particular comment. It did gave an impression that the Denon runs on like some magic sauce (lets say MSG), that as long as you don't realise it you'll feel all's well and great but the moment you managed to put your thumb on it, it becomes somewhat off...

My phone does LDAC and Aptx Adaptive, sadly no Lossless. I can imagine liking tighter bass but not so much on it being brighter, as it easily fatigues me. But I'm sure that can be EQed down. I guess at this stage the ZX1 is edging closer to what I want. I just wished I can A/B them side by side...

What are the significant differences between the Z1PNK and ZX1PNK? I've only heard virtual listening sounds comparing these two and thought that the Z1PNK seems to be warmer with more impactful bass compared to the ZX1PNK. Do you find that to be the case?

Mind me asking how are these compared to the Aviot TE-Z1PNK and the Nura Pro / Denon Perl Pro?
