Shure SRH1540 Review
Personally I prefer to eq down the bass a few db and eq up the mids a few db, gives a sound signature much closer to my ideal (hd650) :)- Jellygoose

IEMCrazy: Although many people who say that digital cables either work or doesn't work might have a few misconceptions about how digital cables work, in essence they are basically correct. Since a digital cable is either sending a 1 or a 0, and there is a threshold you must pass before a 0...- Jellygoose

Quote: as been told numerous times in the thread, the correct way to stretch them is to extend the metal bands and bend them using your hands. If you do this the clamping will completely go away.- Jellygoose

The recommended method is always to extend the metal bands and bend them, any other method will either risk breaking the headband or...- Jellygoose

Going for a 18mW/channel player to a 13mW/channel player, had some Qs
SNR is only how much white noise you can hear when the music is off or something like that.. i cant really describe it in english :P bottom line is: yes they will be able to drive any canal phones or earbuds just fine. You will not need to turn it up to full volume either.- Jellygoose
