Chord Mojo issue solutions thread.
Dear Mike, thanks for your patience and please forgive for any confusion. UAPP: it could play music via Mojo2, yes, but I uninstalled it - attempting to resolve the issue. Android: yes, I mean the system interface, please see the picture. It cannot control the Mojo2 and use it as a DAC.- larkinvalley

Chord Mojo issue solutions thread.
I would be deeply grateful for any ideas! My phone refuses to USB host mojo chord 2. Pixel 7pro, otg cable, i keep getting the "couldn't switch" as i try to make the phone host. UAPP works, it does recognise the Chord. But android doesn't, so i can't use any other apps. Tried uninstalling UAPP...- larkinvalley

My experience with their support was quite poor. My Mojo doesn't work with Pixel 7pro, and they couldn't help - and didn't seem bothered with that- larkinvalley

Thanks! I see that. What I can't do is use any other apps, like Apple Music. And the system is telling me it can't control the device. It keeps saying "couldn't switch" when i try to do that. Any ideas how to fix this? 🙏🙏🙏- larkinvalley

Android phones and USB DACs
Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking And then, I wonder, would it work if I plugged a USB bluetooth dongle into ZMI, to get rid of the cable coming from phone? Would bluetooth be fast enough for hires files... I m tempted to try- larkinvalley

Where to get a right USB OTG C to B cable; maybe y-splitter?
An Android phone (type C) + HRT II DAC (type B): power drain and maybe a dirty power source issue? Dear all, I read through many threads and haven't got a solution. I am using an otg cable and see a huge power drain from the phone; plus maybe the phone is not the best power source for my DAC...- larkinvalley

Android phones and USB DACs
It seems though that we won't be able to use RAVpower in both ways (as a power source and connect to HD) at the same time simply because it doesn't have enough usb ports. Or we ll need one more Y-cable....- larkinvalley

Which music player app for Android would you recommend? I am especially interested if there is one that could play music from a wireless USB HD like that one: http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/2343544/seagate-outs-2tb-wireless-hard-drive-with-support-for-android-ios-and-windows-8...- larkinvalley

Has anyone figured out a way to deal with earspeakers' cables? They are long, seem fragile and always get entangled... I am worried that I am damaging them all the time.- larkinvalley

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but is there any fundamental reason why there is no third party software that could turn an iPhone (maybe jailbroken? maybe with a camera connector kit?) into a digital source for a USB DAC?- larkinvalley

iPod / iPhone output digital audio via Apple Camera Connector for iPod?
http://www.ijailbreak.com/cydia/cameraconnector-cydia-tweak-ios/ - it says that on a jailbroken iPhone one can use an app that enables USB-host functionality - maybe it would allow to use a DAC as well, no?- larkinvalley

Simplest source w USB-host function for the separate DAC
Yes, thaks a lot - I saw this; maybe I will end up doing it. I just thought of something simpler and cheaper (no subsidized phones in my country, unfortunately).- larkinvalley

Simplest source w USB-host function for the separate DAC
What would be a right source to use with a USB DAC (like HRT Music streamer II), as a part of a portable rig? It should play lossless, it should not have an expensive internal DAC since I want to bypass it anyway, and, again, it should have the USB host functionality; that's pretty much all...- larkinvalley
